Olayimika Oyebanji is a distinguished blockchain lawyer, digital asset regulatory strategist, and AI alignment researcher. He serves as the Co-founder and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of the Aligned Sovereign Intelligence Institute (ASII) and is the Managing Partner at BlockLaw Consulting.

A pioneer in technology policy, Olayimika was called to the bar in 2018 and has since established a formidable reputation for navigating complex, high-stakes regulatory environments. Notably, he is the first blockchain lawyer from a Commonwealth jurisdiction to address the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) on the critical intersection of digital assets and cross-border insolvency.

His public policy contributions include serving as the Legal Consultant to the Nigerian House of Representatives Ad Hoc Committee on Cryptocurrency and PoS Operations.
